• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying methodology of the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable financial regulations.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or the "ST" logo from the Services.

4. No Distribution Rights

All content, charts, indicators, signals, and materials provided through the Services are proprietary to SniperTrend. No distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation rights are granted to users under any circumstance.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of applicable fees. All fees are due as described at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

The "SniperTrend" name, the "ST" logo, and all related trademarks, software, and content are the exclusive property of SniperTrend. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Limitation of Liability
