Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases made through SniperTrend, including but not limited to Battlefield Charts and Simple Trading System subscriptions, are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with trading results or performance of the Services.
• Partial or non-usage of the subscription period.
• Cancellation initiated by the user prior to the end of a billing cycle.

Why We Enforce This Policy

Our products provide immediate access to digital tools, charts, and proprietary systems upon purchase. Given the nature of instant digital delivery and the risk of misuse, all sales are considered final at the point of transaction.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction via our Contact Us page. Billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; this does not constitute a general right to a refund.
